Every unit has an address.
Racks hold bins, bins hold units. When a unit leaves — a sale, a show pull, a return, a local pickup — the count moves with the reason attached, so the rack is never a guess and a recount is never a Saturday.

Each listing shows where it is live — eBay, Whatnot, Facebook Marketplace. eBay syncs every five minutes with a per-listing quantity cap, so a bin that is down to one never shows three. A Whatnot show pull takes units off the rack for the stream; the return lane puts the unsold ones back where they were.
